BWD Solar will strive to find a resolution for your complaint as soon as possible. We are dedicated to providing the best quality products and service to you.

However there are times that the complaint needs to be looked at in more detail. We will ensure we provide feedback on the outcome within 21 days of receipt of a written complaint, Some complaints may need more time to resolve, we will ensure that we keep you informed and resolve the complaint within 45 days 

Complaints are taken seriously will be handled by BWD management and recorded on our CRM system
